SO........Chad's birthday was new years eve and we decided to have a few friends over and I decided (almost 9months pregnant at this time) to cook a few of the things that he had been requesting!!
I thought that since i was feeling fiesty and sure of my culianry skills....I'll just bake that boy a home-made cake!!
So this is what i was going for........easy peasy!!!

....... I mean really!!! Only I could make a cake that looks like this!! I went ahead and decorated it and put it on a nice cake plate....I of course was a lil emotional and did not take a pic of that!!!
On a side note....... I had Jen pick up a Cheesecake Factory Cheesecake on her way over!! ha!!
